This patent involves technology of tube-shell waste heat boiler, especially in the construction of WHB of fountain tubing & across tubing. This technology makes temperature of tube sheet more uniform and also removes differential temperature stress in radial and axial direct. The technology increases stability and service life and decrease working temperature of tube box and tube sheet dramatically while reduces demand of material of WHB to cost saving.

This technology can avoid potential release point to increase safety & durability of equipment by reducing usage of high temperature high pressure resistant & thick tubes. This technology also can reduce floor space and increase safety stability and durability of equipment.

This patent make public a vertical coiled waste heat boiler suitable for recovering heat of high temperature syngas or conversed gas and generated middle or high pressure steam as by product. The temperature of treatment gas can reach 1500 while pressure can arrive at 80 bar. The high temperature process gas via tube box and be distributed uniform to across coiled tubes. The temperature of the inlet of coiled tube is controlled by circle cooling water to prevent local overheating. The boiler feed water in shell is heated to generate saturated vapor while the temperature of process gas is cooled to meet the demand of downstream process. This kind WHB has such advantages as follows: simple construction, easy to operate, wide application.

 

  • POX NOZZLE  (ZL201110138654.7)

This patent is involved a mix burner of high efficient, saving energy, long service life. The POX nozzle has characteristic of multi-throughways and all cooled. The design of nozzle makes process gas and oxidation mixed better and full combustion meanwhile prevents to generating coke efficiently. This nozzle increases conversion ratio and decrease other impurities. the head of nozzle is cooled fully to reduce high temperature to extent its service life. The optimization control to the form of flame is to decrease length of flame and reduce volume of converter to saving cost.

The invention is involved a radial or radial-axial stationary bed reactor with braced slot distributor. The reactor can use as a adiabat reactor and also can use as isothermal reactor. The reactor can be connected directly to downstream equipment and also can be connected to downstream equipment by tubes.
